‘Spanish Language and Culture’ Workshops
Paraninfo Academy wants to pass on to Spanish language students their commitment to the Spanish culture and traditions. Our Workshops’ main objective is to rescue and spread our customs and traditions.
We accompany you in learning the various themes which characterize the fascinating Spanish culture. Spain’s people and its regions, its Don Quixote, its customs, beliefs, bullfighting traditions, and artistic tendencies. Spain’s Picasso, Goya and their paintings, music, musicians and dancers, typical dances, flamenco, and its varied and exquisite cuisine. The paella, the Madrid stew, tapas and all that distinguishes this country, a melting pot of centuries of history.
Workshops can be divided into:
History of Spain
Workshops on the Spanish language (phonetics, pronunciation, writing, CV and cover letter design).
Spanish society and culture (customs, traditions, cinema, and economy).
The workshops can be combined with cultural activities outside the classroom, accompanied by your teacher. Visits to companies or other educational institutions. Also doing a workshop is perfect to complement it with an intensive Spanish 20 or 10 course.
