What you will see with the Spanish Course and Art Experience
Madrid is considered one of the principal centers of art and European culture. Its Art Walk is the central axis. For example, you can see “Las Meninas” by Velázquez and “The 3rd of May 1808” by Goya in the Prado Museum. In addition, you can admire works by Dalí, Caravaggio, Van Gogh, Monet and many more famous painters in the rooms of the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum. Pablo Picasso’s “El Guernica” at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía are some of the works of art that make Madrid’s Paseo del Arte a unique place in the world. But these three essential art galleries of international fame are not the only thing that can be seen in Madrid. The city is full of museums such as the Archaeological Museum or the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, exhibition halls and cultural centers such as the Casa Encendida or the Círculo de Bellas Artes, unique buildings full of history. And we cannot forget the other wonders that are part of the National Heritage, such as the Convent of las Descalzas Reales, the Monastery of la Encarnación and the Royal Palace, which was once the official residence of the monarchs and today continues to host official events, such as diplomatic and protocol meetings. Go through its halls like a king in a guided tour!
